At New Relic, I played a key role in scaling the business from $5M to $800M in revenue and a successful IPO. I focused on expanding the product suite, ensuring technical scalability, and growing the team from 20 to over 700.
Most recently, as CPTO at LivePerson, I’ve led the charge in conversational A helping some of the world’s largest enterprises embrace the power of autonomous AI agents.
